ANTI-AGING,ANTI-UV

Insucover U-PVC is a special material developed for thermal insulation and external protection. It has strong acid and alkali resistance and corrosion resistance. The difference from traditional PVC materials lies in the addition of anti-ultraviolet and anti-aging ingredients. According to the international standard ISO 4892-2, the weather-O-Meter aging test chamber was used to test the weather-resistance of its products under simulated climate conditions for more than 2000 hours, which is equivalent to more than 10 years of outdoor exposure under conditions without significant changes.

SAFE AND RELIABLE FIRE PERFORMANCE

The u-PVC material of Insucover shell treasure is essentially different from the traditional plastic. The composition contains flame retardant, so the flame retardant level of U-PVC material reaches the national standard B1. According to ASTM E84-14 test method for surface combustion characteristics of Building Materials, the flame propagation index of Kappa is 0, and the smoke development index is 35, which meet the requirements of GRADE A: FSI (0-25), SDI (0-450).
